WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept the following:

  • Bank Deposit (BPI and BDO)
  • Online Transfer (BPI and BDO)
  • Electronic Cash (GCash, GrabPay, and PayMaya)
  • Cash On Delivery
  • Paypal

IS THIS FREE SHIPPING?

Standard shipping fees:

  • Php 65 – Metro Manila
  • Php 150 – Luzon / Visayas / Mindanao
  • FREE SHIPPING applies to a minimum net purchase of Php 1,000 (exclusive of any discount).
  • For locations not covered by courier services, Php 150 shipping fee still applies and will be delivered to the nearest courier branch in the area for pick-up by the customer.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?

Orders are typically delivered 3-5 working days for Metro Manila and 6-10 working days for Provincial after the ship out date. Sundays and Holidays are excluded and delivery periods are not guaranteed.

WHAT COURIER COMPANY DO YOU USE?

All domestic shipments are handled by our in-house courier service. Provincial packages are forwarded to 3rd party logistics: 3LX, LBC, JRS, and JAM Express.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Simply go to our partner courier’s website and enter the tracking number.

CAN ANOTHER PERSON RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Yes, as long as that person is able to present a valid ID and an authorization letter signed by you.

THERE'S SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please check the product for possible broken seals and/or empty sachets upon receipt of the package. Photo/Video proof may be required for approval of return/refund.
